Job Title: Regional HR Manager (for leading education management services company, with over 100 schools in India)  Chief role of the Regional HR Manager is to lead end-to-end HR processes through employee’s lifecycle for a set of 1000+ employees (on-ground business team + regional corporate office)  Key Responsibilities:  Change Management:  - Implement organisational change and people development activities  - Identify potential risks and resistance areas, and develop plans for mitigation  - Developing the change management plan - readiness assessments, people communication, training and coaching  Talent Acquisition:  - Manpower planning and budgeting - identifying scalable staff models  - Organising & conducting recruitment drives for regular staffing needs  - Working closely with top management on closing key positions + inducting them into the organisation  Compensation Management & Payroll:  - Responsible for all payroll and compliance related inputs for the region   - Benchmarking of internal pay with market standards  Performance Management:  - Leading structured performance reviews for all teams within the region  - Leading the goal setting process  - Monitoring appraisal processes and working with business on benefits  Training & Development:  - Needs-gap analysis and building of training calendar  - Monitoring of training and induction effectiveness  - Career Management & Development Plans  Drive Employee engagement programs, development initiatives, Reward & Recognition frameworks  Proactively drive positive employee relations across the business  Desired Candidate Profile:  - BA (HR) from Tier-1 institute with 3-5 years of experience, preferably in a HR Generalist role  - Preferred background - FMCG/Pharma/Healthcare  - Good written, conversational and communication skills  - Flair for engaging with people and developing relationships and ability to work in diverse teams   - Ability to interact confidently with Senior Leadership
