Regional HR Manager - Bank

I am looking for a person in Chennai for the position of Regional Manager HR with one of the Largest Bank of India.

Job Profile:- Talent Acquisition (70%) and Generic (30%)

- Independently responsible for end-to-end Recruitment process by effective deployment of various recruitment channels.

- Ensuring smooth onboarding of new joinees, by ensuring that all new employees go through systematic induction.

- Drive Employee Engagement initiatives in the region by engaging with the leadership team and managing stake holder expectations; Proactive HR sensing and addressing grievances/ dissatisfaction cases, etc.

- Managing entire Employee Life Cycle starting from appointment through Confirmation, Transfer and Exit.

- Support Performance Management and Rewards & Recognition process for the region; assisting in Talent Reviews (Promotion Exercise)

Candidate Profie

1. Looking for some one from Tear-1 or Tear-2 Collage.

2. Should have good experience in Talent Acquisition.

3. Financial Company background would a plus.
