About Our Client
Our client is an international travel services company based out of Europe. With an approximate annual turnover of $ 10 billion, the firm’s employee strength is in excess of 20,000 globally. With huge operations in the country, the company staffs about 2000 employees in India and is looking for a Regional HR Head for the western region.
Job Description
Reporting directly to the President of HR, you would be responsible for supporting the western region with all HR related matters.
- Your key responsibilities as an HR generalist will include recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management and talent development.
- The incumbent is required to partner very strongly with the business and the focus is to manage 700+ employees with a support team of 3 across multiple branches.
The Successful Applicant
As a successful candidate, you carry 10 years of total HR experience with the last 5 years in the services sector. The following criteria are a must for the ideal
candidate:
- HR experience in services sector
- Full-time professional qualification in HR
- Proven track record of business impact through HR
- Ability to drive a people’s agenda
- Willing to travel frequently to multiple sites
