Job Profile:- Regional HR Head role which includes  - Talent Acquisition  - Business Partnering  - Employee Engagement  - Training & Development  - Talent Management & Development  - Employee relations  - Performance Management Systems  - Proven adaptability to differing cultural & business environments  Develop and co-ordinate internal Employee Referral programs  Maintaining all types of HRIS.  Generating monthly manpower and attrition reports with analysis.  Understand manpower requirements and support Direct Sales Force, Operations & Alternate Channel in terms recruitment of Lower & Middle Management positions.  Conducting end to end Campus Recruitment for the region.  Coordinating for complete PMS cycle of employees in the region starting from KPA setting to quarterly review to annual performance review (Yearly Performance Review Dialogue & monitoring performance for Confirmation.).  Carrying out the exercise for Promotion both for Front line Sales Employees and non sales staff as per guidelines.   Assist in payroll related activities
