Job Title: Regional HR - West
UTi, a NASDAQ listed non-asset-based supply chain management company, delivers competitive advantage to its clients' supply chains. UTi has a global footprint of 20,000 employees, 370+ offices and 240+ logistics centers in 60+ countries and provides services that includes air and ocean freight forwarding; contract logistics and distribution; customs brokerage; managed transportation services and supply chain analysis and consulting. In India, the operations started in 1999 and currently has offices in over 20 locations with 600+ employee strength on company rolls. This position below is to augment the HR team in India.
UTi is looking for a regional HR for west, who shall be responsible for managing end to end operations for the region w.r.t. managing Talent Acquisition, On-boarding & induction, Employee relations & Employee engagement, Talent development and Exit management.
Shall be a single point of contact for the business for HR matters. The span of this region would be 150+ permanent employees and some third party roll employees.
An MBA in HR, from premier institutes, with 3 – 5 yrs of experience, preferably in a start up organization shall be desirable.
