- Handling end to end Employee Life Cycle Management

- Managing entire Manpower Planning and Budgeting / Talent Acquisition and Management along with Cost Rationalization / Campus Connect Initiatives for East Region / Handling East Region on Boarding Process.

- Sales HR / Career Movement through Talent Management Review Process

- Attrition and Retention Management

- Handling entire expansion Manpower Hiring for setting up new retail branches

- Handling IR Issues and Disputes / Negotiations with Labor Commissioner and Union Representatives.
