Job role requires
1) Responsible for generating TASC business for the defined territory - zone/region
2) Lead the team of 5-7 Sales Managers sourcing TASC accounts based on leads generated or through self sourced
3) Mobilizing the branch leadership team / channel heads for generating TASC Leads
4) Create positivity around TASC business and highlight success stories to mobilize more business
5) Identify zone/central level opportunities and build in-rounds in those opportunities, by collaborating with other departments of the bank
6) Possess good presentation skills, for closing deals with senior management of the TASC entities
- Eligible Candidate should possess 10-12 yrs. of experience
- Should have handled team of 4-5 team members
- Should have managed TASC in leadership role for 2-3 years in a reputed Banking Institution
- Should have experience in handling only TASC business
- Should be capable of handling and driving TASC business acquisition and understand special needs of TASC customer
- Should possess in depth knowledge of KYC and documentation requirement in TASC
- Should have understanding of CMS products (Collection and Payment)
