About our Client - Our client is a leading global professional services firm in consulting and risk management. Currently expanding in India, they are looking for a senior professional with exposure in Talent Management in consulting to lead their Talent Management function in the APAC region.

Job Description - Reporting into a Asia Pacific Hr Head, you will be responsible for :

- Designing, implementing and managing global talent management strategies across the region to accentuate processes for acquiring, developing and retaining talent

- Partnering with advisors and business leads to develop the talent strategy and implementation plans for the Asia-Pac region

- Partner with the Global talent management team to develop organization wide programs relating to performance management, succession planning and talent development to support regional business needs

- Working on Inclusion and Diversity function with focus on leading plans and programs around talent

- Building capability and mentoring the HR team on talent management matters

The Successful Candidate :

- Minimum 14 years of experience in Talent Management and development, preferably in consulting setups.

- You should be an MBA with extensive experience in working in multinational or consulting firms. Should be open to travel.

- Ideal fit would be someone who has initial years of experience in industry and then moved to an internal HR role within a consulting setup.
