National Sales Head - SME Business - Media/Entertainment (11-18 yrs)
About our client : A large media/ entertainment firm operating in the areas of radio and television.
The National Sales Head is at the helm of sales and is responsible for Sales Revenue Nationally for the SME business.
Key Responsibilities
- Annual Sales target phasing/setting
- Smooth functioning & coordination of all regions to achieve common objectives
- Drive revenue focused approach
- Work closely with the revenue planning team to achieve revenue objectives
- Maintain target/achievement executive wise nationally
- Planning for the quarter/annual target achievement with data/tools provided
- Lead sales planning for the team to achieve objectives
- Client Servicing
- New business Development
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Should be a full time MBA majored in Marketing with a 10-15 years of experience
- Experience of Sales, especially in the SME Business segment. Handling a National portfolio will be a definite advantage
- Industries of: Media/ Banking / Telecom / Insurance/ ECommerce
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
