Responsible for defining and implementing a standard set of sales-related operating processes and tools which includes sales management, performance assessment, development procedure and pricing
Will be handling entire West Zone
Skills:
Proficiency in generating business from corporate, Retail clients and advertising agencies
Expertise in cultivating relations with various ad agencies and clients to track the campaigns.
Aptitude for Consultative selling and thorough knowledge of the Advertising scene
Good Leadership skill and can Mentor and manage new recruits, thereby ensuring optimum performance.
