Regional Head - Sales - Banking (10-17 yrs)
We are looking for Regional Head with one of our client in Banking industry, kindly find below the details for the same :
Location: Mumbai/Delhi
Position: Regional Head
Experience : 10+ years
CTC: Open to discuss
Industry : Telecom/FMCG
Responsibilities :
1. Building a JMs distribution network through direct & distributor led distribution models for a defined region consisting of several clusters
2. Approving appointment of distributors and JMs (as vetted and approved by the clustered head)
3. Setting KRAs and targets for Cluster Heads and for JMCs, business goals for distributors, JMs in consultation with the cluster head
4. Managing a team of cluster heads, JMS and a distribution network of distributors and JMs in a region consisting several clusters as defined.
5. Ensuring training schedules and quality are adhered to for JMCs, JMs, Distributors and overall servicing support and management of these entities
6. Ensuring achievement of business & financial goals set for the region.
