About our Client - Our client is a reputed Private Sector bank and has businesses across Retail, Corporate and Investment Banking. They have massive expansion plans across their Retail and Commercial banking divisions and are seeking experienced Retail Banking professionals for their Cards business segment.

Job Description - As the Regional Head - Credit Cards, you will be reporting to the Business Head of Retail Assets and will be responsible for:

- Heading the Credit Cards business for the South Region

- Ensuring stability of income from existing set of clients and explore avenues for new income generation from existing as well as new clients

- Adding value to the client and stay ahead of the competition by structuring and implementing innovative deals in Credit cards business

- Managing the business teams to engage with the customers by providing market lending solutions and services

- Strategizing for the business together with the senior team including the regional / national heads for Retail Banking

- Liaising with various delivery channels and operational areas to ensure quality services to consumer banking clients.

The Successful Candidate - You will be a post graduate with at least 15 years of experience in Retail Cards primarily in the Credit Cards business. Additionally, you would have sound Product knowledge across Retail Cards. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have the ability to influence and drive stakeholders.
