We are assisting one of our Indian Banking client for Regional Head - Retail Banking based out of Bangalore.

Job Description:

- Establishing visual & non visual objectives for Branch Managers & various verticals

- Responsible for growing Regional Balance Sheet with focus on CASA

- Responsible for developing & growing FEE Based revenue of the region
(Investment / Insurance / Trade & FX / Bullion)

- Responsible for developing & managing key business opportunities across the assigned region

- Ensuring continuity of Business Process & deliverance of regional targets in a cost effective manner

- Responsible for Budgetary control of profitability & expenditure of the region

- Ensuring adherence of Bank’s compliance policies at the grass root level

- Decimation of the Bank’s visions & goals across the grass route level

- Responsible for starting up of new location branches & nurturing them to the expected levels

- Creating a healthy and cohesive environment for the human resources of the region

- Inculcating the spirit of leadership across the various team vectors

- Inducing the culture of being a profitable iota within every team member of the region

- Synchronization of the regional synergy in alignment with expected management standards

- Conceptualizing and implementing strategies to improve business & establishing new productivity benchmarks

Candidature:

- 10-15 years of experience in retail banking

- Excellent communication skills

- Team Handling and Leadership Qualities
