Our client is a leading International Property Consultant in the Indian market.

Job Description

As a Senior Manager with the real estate investment banking team, you will be reporting to the national head. In addition, you are responsible for the following:

- Lead all Private Equity, Debt and structured Finance transactions

- Be responsible for the revenues from the geography across all transactions

- Deal sourcing, execution and closure of transactions across a variety of Real Estate segments – residential, commercial, IT Park and SEZs, retail/ shopping centers, hospitality, education, etc.

- Business development and execution – Engagement letters with clients, transaction documents, Information Memos and Financial Models

- Be able to identify transaction opportunities and the market trends and lead the strategy by way of introducing innovative structure and business models

- Extensive networking with the India focused investment community, both global and domestic investors

The Successful Applicant

- You will have an undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or Engineering, though a Chartered Accountant or Post Graduate/ MBA from a leading institution is preferred. You will have 8-12 years of work experience in investment banking, corporate finance or investments within the real estate sector. Ideally you will have 2-3 years of experience with a leading IPC, Big Four or boutique investment bank with a strong real estate practice. You should have strong relationships with the Real Estate Developer community and Institutional /HNI investors would be desirable.
