Regional Head - Project Sale - Building Material Product Line (8-12 yrs)
Job Role:
- Achievement of Sales (volume/value) as per budget, Project Sales-70% and Trade Sales- 30%
- Interact with contractors and end customers to understand product needs/product perception/ dissatisfaction across markets.
- Undertake and monitor detailed product testing.
- Interacting with builders, architects,contractors and end consumer panels to track market trends/ unmet needs
- Track customer complaints.
- Addresses recurring complaints through appropriate action
- Managing the business in his division through a team of people.
- Training and development of sales and administration teams and to develop successors for self .
- Monitor, evaluate & provide feedback on performance of his subordinates.
- Gather information on competitors’ activities in the region and act upon it
- Control entire accounting and all audit related queries.
- Candidates with Project Experience in Mumbai City only preferred
