Business Development :
- Define broad goals for the team and work in sync with the Business heads
- Ensure pricing for assigned portfolio meets internal benchmarks
- Ensure all parameters are in place to ensure superior customer experience with minimal customer issues.
- Drive margin enhancement objectives with the team
- Establish Hotel Supply goals for the team and drive content leadership
- Ensure visual and descriptive content for all hotels are top quality
- Drive hotel engagement and partner relationships to Position the company as The OTA partner of choice for hotels
- Ensure uptime of fresh Rates and Availability for all POS and business lines
- Lead, Direct and Motivate the team to achieve targets and meet business objectives
- Engage closely with different stakeholders and cull out plans and strategies to enhance specific pos business
- Take custody of new product roll outs
