- MBAs from tier 1/2 institutes with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Graduates with 13+ years of relevant experience
Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for the P&L of mortgage business for Punjab/Haryana and HP/J&K. Will have a team of Regional head sales reporting into him, who in turn manage a team of branch sales managers
- Responsible for achieving budgeted revenues on key accounts and conversion of key prospects through the preparation and execution of action plans.
- Implementing the brand's service strategy and applicable brand initiatives in all aspects of the Sales process.
- Guiding and developing the team.
- Recruiting, training sales team and generating business to increase the profitability of the organization.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining client referral relationship with Group, individuals, builders channel.
- Developing & implementing Marketing & Operational Plans
- Interacting with the senior management on business reviews, business updates and business challenges.
- Ensuring smooth process of loan which entails ascertaining complete compliance with the credit policy and compliance with the sigma process.
- Responsible for proper coordination with credit and operation teams.
- Handling Builder Channel for Project approval and new businesses opportunity
- Responsible for generating cross sales business like term Insurance and property Insurance through sales team.
