Regional Head - Model Control - Banking

Description:

Our client is leading international bank operates over 30+ countries and employs approximately 100,000 people. They are planning to setup new team of model control office in India hence looking to hire senior model validation/control professional with investment banking or global market background worked on CFO or CRO related models.

Some of the Key Responsibilities:

Review, verify and validate finance-owned models and ensuring meeting governance standards.

Lead and manage specialized quantitative independent model controllers

Global stakeholder management and ensure high quality model validation support to functional model control managers at group level.

Engaging with model owners in executing strategic goals.

To qualify for this role you will require:

10 + years of experience working in model development or validation team of investment bank.

Good understanding of complex investment banking products.

Ability to see the end to end and bigger picture - models, systems, feeds, end user requirements, etc
