Responsible for the overall Portfolio performance of the Region. Oversigh for Business Target acheivement, Operations, Customer Relationship, Portfolio Quality, Audit & Compliance, HR Process adherence, hiring, engagement and Talent Management within the region. Audit Rating, Customer complaints, Deepening of ERV (Existing relationship value), Administration of Branches & Managing Assets. Forlumating branch specific execution strategy for achieving the targets, ensuring optimal strength and productivity of resources.  Achieving sales targets of liabilities business, deposits and cross sell business and recovery budgets, managing CASA, Term Deposits-15% towards CASA-10% towards cross sell & 25% towards productivity of resources.  Provide information as required by Customers and also attend to customer complaints and resolving in timely manner.  Adherence to the laid down systems and procedures in business and collections  Mentoring and coaching the existig team members. Provide new joinee support and also educate self for higher roles  Reports to Zonal Head- RFS
