About Our Client :
Our client is one of India's Telecommunications company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead & be the custodian of end to end Human Resources for the region assigned including HR Operations, Talent acquisition, Learning interventions, Employee Relations/Engagement, People strategy etc
- Drive Strategic initiatives at a Regional level
- Employee Satisfaction Surveys and action plans
- Policy/ Process implementation & governance
- Strategic HR Business Partnering
- Drive short term and long term people plan across the region
- Grievance handling
Desired Profile :
- 10+ years experience, majorly in a generalist HR role
- Strong domain expertise, especially in areas of Operations, Statutory compliance, Employee Relations, Business Partnering etc
- Exceptional relationship building skills and experience in managing senior stakeholders
- Able communication and influencing skills
- Candidates from BFSI/IT/ITeS/FMCG/Telecom may apply
