- Understand manpower requirements and support Direct sales Force, Operations & Alternate Channel in terms recruitment of Lower & Middle Management positions.
- Conducting end to end Campus Recruitment for the region.
- Coordinating for complete PMS cycle of employees in the region starting from KPA setting to quarterly review to annual performance review (Yearly Performance Review Dialogue & monitoring performance for Confirmation.).
- Carrying out the exercise for Promotion both for Front line Sales Employees and non-sales staff as per guidelines.
- Assist in payroll related activities
