Role : Regional Head - HR Business Partner  One of the leading Financial service companies in India is seeking a (Regional Head - HR Business Partner)  Location : Chennai/Cochin  Role :   - Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution. Provide insightful data to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions  - Act as the intermediary between the central office and the region for Human Resources strategy, policies, and programs involved with recruitment, career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development  Key Responsibilities :  - To Design and execute strategies to increase organization, team and individual performance to improve the business's capabilities to deliver against its goals  - To assesses human capital needs and articulates requirements to create new or improved business initiatives, HR policies, processes and programs  - To collaborate with HR functional partners to execute human resources strategies to enable business objectives and support future business growth.  - To act as project manager for assigned HR initiatives and special projects across the client groups.  - To take initiatives including employee survey action planning, performance management, talent planning, compensation planning, career development and organization design  - To monitor and analyse the HR Metrics through MIS and regular reports sourced from SAP or generated at circle  - To review all staff salaries and make recommendations for pay rises in consultation with dept heads. Implement any increases and promotions  - To support HR Head in driving the circle HR agenda & quality initiatives like Fast Forward, Change Management, Organisation Design, Employee communication, Leadership development  The Candidate :  - 6-8 years of experience required.  - Communication skills both verbal and written  - Analytical and evaluation ability  - Team management experience  - Comfortable with diverse and complex environment  - Knowledge of statutory compliance  - Comfortable with ambiguity and being a part of deeply complex strategy discussions.  - Skilled communicator with a strong ability to build relationships with senior leaders and a complex set of stakeholders to drive organizational change.  - MBA from TISS/XLRI
