One of our clients, A leading organization is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.  Regional Head-Healthcare Equipment Finance  Basic Job Purpose:  - Drive vendor partner relationships strategy across the region. Develop and maintain strong on the ground relationships with vendor partner sales team.  - Drive volume targets for the region, maintain portfolio health and profitability.  - Develop and provide creating solutions to meet client requirements. Maintain client relationship to obtain repeat business for vendor partners.  - Build a strong team of client relationship managers to maintain coverage and keep the company on its growth path.  - Maintain portfolio delinquency at acceptable levels as per operating plan.  - Maintain regional compliance and adherence to corporate risk management practices.  Education & Experience:  - Minimum 8+ years of strong track record of Sales and Client Relationship Management in Healthcare equipment/Corporate Finance/Construction equipment finance/Asset Backed Lending industry.  - The candidate should be a self starter and strong motivator with experience of handling teams and large regions; should have strong experience in managing customer and internal stakeholder relationship at senior levels.  - Experience in new account wins as well as account management and selling through the existing client base.  - Adept at negotiating with internal stakeholders, communication and presentation skills both in written and oral.  - Fluency in English both in written and oral  Interested may send your profiles with current CTC details  Premnath Bojan, Datamatics Staffing Services Bangalore.
