Broadly, the person would be responsible for the customer, financial, operational and people objectives of the company in his/her region.  Job Responsibilities:  - Participate in strategy formulation and provide leadership in executing company's strategy.  - Create and own an aggressive sales plan for capturing the market across customer segments.  - Build, motivate and lead a competent sales team to execute the aggressive sales plan  - Drive marketing plan for the region - engage with local media, write and publish articles of regional interest, organize roadshows etc.  - Identify and sign-up high value partnerships with other service providers in the online marketplace ecosystem.  - Deploy organizational policies and processes in the region.  Desired Background:  - 10+ years of overall experience across Sales and P & L Management.  - Experience in building and scaling businesses. eCommerce experience preferred.   - Proven expertise in B2B sales - Sales planning and execution to acquire large clients and/or large number of clients in the region.  - Experience in owning a business unit P&L - Should have built an annual operating plan and executed the same within budget.  - Team management skills - build an aggressive sales team and help them evolve to be the best in the market.  Desired Competencies:  - Customer focus  - Ethics & Integrity  - Decision making  - Problem solving  - Planning & Execution
