Our client is a large Media & Entertainment organization.
Role will be responsible for leading the Sales function for the South Region.
Role Responsibilities
- Annual Sales target phasing/setting
- Provide direction and leadership to team both strategically and tactically
- Drive the team to achieve revenue objectives
- Work closely with the revenue planning team.or your region.
- Planning including Prospecting, Pitch Calendars etc
- Identify new growth strategies and implement the same.
- Build and maintain business relationships with key clients and agencies.
- Identify and convert non radio advertisers
Desired Profile
1. Should be a full time MBA majored with a min of 10 yrs years of relevant experience in B2B/ Corporate Sales
2. Preferred Industries of: Media / Telecom / Banking/ Insurance/ FMCG/ ECommerce
4. Edge would be any CONCEPT SELLING Experience.
