Regional Head - Branch Banking

One of our clients, a leading bank looking for Regional Head for Andhra Pradesh.

Work Locations: Hyderabad & Vishakapatnam

Job Role:

Education: MBA / MCOM preferred.

Experience: Minimum 10 to 12 years experience.

Key Skills:

- Enable the Branch Managers to perform with a long term view in mind in improving the sales, service and operations health of the branch.

- Extended arm of corporate office and a one point contact for the branches across the region.

- Downloading the corporate vision to ensure that the set goals of the Zone is achieved

- Develop the product segment pertaining to Liabilities, Insurance, Investments & Cross-selling

Grade - Senior Management

Key Role & Responsibilities:

- Action on a continuous basis in enhancing productivity of resources and rendering support to Branch Managers so that they achieve the targets in all product segments and look at the larger perspective beyond year and take actions /gear the organization for future so that the growth in market share vis-à-vis peer banks improves in the long term.

- Achieve the CASA budget.

- Achieve product-wise deposit target.

- Achieve monthly target on Insurance, Investment & Cross – sell.

- Ensure strict internal control.

- Monitor & improve upon the productivity per employee, profitability & efficiency by introducing improved processes for better Turn Around Time & implement it for various products and maintain uniformity across the zone.

- Make every branch in the region a profit centre. Give the Branch Manager enough support to ensure focus on set goals.

- To multiply sales manifold by introducing & implementing scientific sales mechanism for effective sales tracking, lead management, client profiling, dairy maintenance & calling systems.

- Keep track of the market share of the business and continue working for increasing the same
