Key Responsibilities
Managerial Responsibilities
- Know the Dreams and Aspiration of Team Members and help them to achieve the same
- Goal Setting and Identifying Skills/Will Gaps and Provide Training/ Coaching to Direct Reporters
- Motivation and Mentoring of Team members for desired Results and Common objective
Functional Responsibilities
- Maintain YOY Growth on Top Line and Profitability of the Region
- Ensure Man Power Budget of all Branches Employees and PFAs
- Maintain Persistency and Quality and Health of Business
- Making Marketing Activity Plan and Execution, Drive R&R Program
- Be a collaborator among branches and other enterprise department like UW/New Business/HR/Admin for smooth functioning of region to achieve common Goals
- Ensure execution of training calendar and programs
- Analyze and Publish MIS and prepare Plan of Region
Candidate Profile
- 10 years of experience in the Life Insurance industry
- Post Graduate

- Domain Experience of Life insurance Industry
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Understanding and able to read and interpret MIS
