Regional Head - Ad Sales - South (10-15 yrs)
Role: Regional Head South-Ad Sales
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
As a Region head - South, Responsible for:
- Managing and guiding a team of result oriented sales professionals in the region
- Sales Strategy & Business Planning
- Business Development
- Innovation & solutions oriented
- Content & creative based sales for effective brand solutions
- Key account management & growth account Management
- Accountable on maximizing revenue shares for the assigned territory
- Adding to the existing client base and constantly develop new accounts
- Effective management of agencies & Partners
- Deal effectively with internal team & external agencies- media, creative, PR- drive synergy for a cohesive communication output
Requirements:
- A principle-centered business leader, with great people skills and a passion for excellence
- Strong inter-personal skills and effective organization and planning capabilities
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Self starter with bent for analysis and problem solving
- MBA - preferably with Sales & Marketing as area of specialization, preferably from the Media and Advertising space
