Job Description - The job will entail:

- Strengthening the overall FP&A process for the organization and being in-charge of simplification & integrity of the reporting processes

- Providing sapience with respect to performance of regions via periodic discussion sessions with stakeholders such as regional CFOs, Country business heads, finance teams etc al

- Coordinating the group's monthly reporting process

- Ensuring all areas of material risks are covered

- Taking care of budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for earnings & the quality of earnings among other things on a monthly basis

- Being in-charge of the presentation of information being reported for business reviews

- On site visits for the purpose of criticizing & the implementation of immediate turnarounds & reducing the reporting timelines

The Successful Candidate - The successful applicant will be a Chartered Accountant (ideally first attempt rank holder) coming from organizations of repute (preferences - EPC / Services) taking care of the FP&A piece on a regional level. Applicants taking outside of the shared services space taking care of regional entities (multiple geographies) will be preferred. Excellent communication skills are a must. The successful applicant will have circa 8-10 years of post qualification work experience. Sound knowledge of IFRS accounting principles is also a must.
