Job Profile/KRAs:
- Will head & manage all financial and accounting functions for the European manufacturing operations.
- Will be responsible for all business decisions of the region along with the regional leadership team. Will lead a small team.
- Establishing of finance departments, hiring and training of local personnel in a new green field
- Handling Finance, accounts, MIS (Supervision of Accounting of plants and branches)
- Policy and Procedure Formulation - Commercial and Administration
- Finalisation and Consolidation of the Financial Results
- Setting up accounting processes and MIS systems.
- Formulating budgets, conducting profitability & variance analysis
- Cost modelling and cost structure identification
- Preparation of capital investment business cases
- Negotiating and syndicating working capital & long term asset
- Debtors and creditor controls
- Working with ERP team for implementation
- Manage bankers, insurers, vendors, statutory authorities, customs agents and
- Responsible for Commercial functions
Candidate Profile:
- CAs/ICWAs with 12-20 years handson experience in Finance and Accounts, Operations and Corporate
- Planning & Analysis, taxation, internal audit process, fund management, MIS, budgeting, forecasting, process & systems in mulitlocational manufacturing organisations (preferably having global manufacturing units).
