Regional Finance Controller - FMCG (5-8 yrs)

Location: Bangalore
Position: Regional Controller - South
Looking for a CA / MBA Finance / ICWA with 5-8 years of finance exp in a FMCG. Applicants who have handled regional roles would be preferred.
The key responsibilities would be;
1. Customer Credit :
- Management of Blank Signed Cheques received from General Trade (GT) dealers
- Ensure collections for GT business on due dates
- Monitoring & Control on customer outstanding / overdue
2. Sales Allowances :
- Activation of & Control on Sales Allowances budgets for Trade Schemes, Window Display etc.
- Validation/Approval of dealer claims for the above
- Obtain clear No Dues Certificates (NDC) from dealers at quarterly intervals
3. Operating Expenses :
- Budgeting, Monitoring, Reporting and Control of Regional Operating Expenses
4. Internal Control :
- Ensure adherence to group internal control norms at regional level
- Initiate & organize dealer audits ; with requisite corrective action, where warranted
- Audits of C&FA processes ; assist Supply Chain in stock counts
5. Compliances :
- Sales tax management
- Monitoring & Control on Sales Tax forms
- Dealing with Statutory auditors
6. Conduct Analysis on specific topics/activities in support of the efforts of Regional Sales Managers
