About our Client: Our client is a leading European multinational company in the pharmaceutical space with a presence in more than 100 countries. They are present in more than 20 business verticals. In order to gain market leadership position in all the markets they operate the company is executing aggressive growth plans. To support these growth plans, the company is looking for a regional commercial controller.
Job Description: As the Regional Commercial Manager you will report into the commercial head and be responsible To act as the controller for Commercial Units
- To support projects/initiatives from initial appraisal, through implementation and ultimately monitoring performance on completion and secure appropriate investment approvals
- Support Credit Management activities
- Analyze business risks and provide management with sound fact based financial advice - through assessment of relevant indicators, provide insight and recommend potential mitigation options to potential risks/exposures
- Review monthly reports and understand material deviations from strategy and forecasts, recommend remedial options through effective business partnership demonstrate how finance can add value in the Commercial units to maximize growth
- Effectively manage Sales and Operational planning process - Monthly, Quarterly and also consolidation at country level
The Successful Candidate:
- You are a qualified CA with 9+ years of work experience.
- You are currently in a commercial role and have handled pricing, contracting, debtors, rebate/credit policies. etc.
- You come from an FMCG/FMCD background. You have an analytical bent of mind and have good with business controlling activities.
- You have excellent communication skills and can manage senior stake holder effectively.
