About our Client - Our client is an India multinational with operations across the globe. They are B2B players and work with all of the top global FMCG brands. The 'Americas' region is a key contributor to revenue and they are now looking for a capable and driven Regional Finance Controller to grow this region further.
Job Description - As the Regional Finance Controller based out of the US, you will report into the Global CFO in India as be responsible for Planning and coordinating annual /quarter/monthly closing activity by assigning responsibilities to the team member
- Analyzing the Monthly Finance Reports
- Update policy and standard operating practices for effective internal controls
- Monitoring and helping to improve material efficiency and fixed asset productivity
- Analyzing the performance of the company
- Cash management
- Banking relations and adherence to debt covenants Commercial terms negotiation for contracts
- Direct and indirect taxes, Exim regulations, FEMA Regulations, Accounting Standards, Transfer Pricing
The Successful Candidate :
- You are a chartered accountant with 10+ years of work experience.
- You have lead a finance team as a finance controller of a INR 500cr+ business.
- You have worked in a multinational environment and are comfortable in dealing with different cultures.
- You have excellent communication and leadership skills. Fluency in Spanish will be an added advantage.
