Regional Education Manager (5-8 yrs)
Looking for Regional Education Manager for Hyderabad Location.
Desired Profile:
- Strong academic back ground, preferably Tier-1 institute.
- Experience in Direct Solution Selling (not distributor/channel)
- Extroverted Personality, Assertive and Persistence (not - yes sir/I will get back to you)
- Strong presentation skills in English and local language (should be comfortable in addressing a group)
Previous Experience:
- Track record of high-value deal closure along with exposure to tie-up/alliances & other brand promotion activities.
- Have met CXO/ High-Networth individual for finally closing sale.
- Have sold Intangible product or customized service/solution which requires selling
- Worked in an environment where it is difficult to sell product (not a mandatory need).
Preferable Industries:
- Media
- Medical Equipment / high-end pharmaceutical sales / Vaccine / Stem-cells sales
- Business Consulting / KPO
- Recruitment (particularly in executive search)
- ERP sales, (Particularly sale of Non-branded software)
- Corporate Training & Development.
Responsibilities:
The Regional Education Manager (REM) will report to National Sales Manager of The Company
- The REM will be responsible for leading, training, managing and contributing to the development of an outside and inside 10-12 highly qualified regional sales team that is poised to quickly expand.
- The REM will ensure that the regional sales team has the guidance, resources, and skill to dramatically increase sales line by identifying market opportunities, driving new business, and expanding on a base of existing customers.
- The REM will work closely with the National Sales Manager to develop short and long-term strategies to efficiently grow the total business
