Key account-abilities:
- Own & Transform Urban & Rural sales Go To Market Strategy for the region
- Drive the Expansion of RB Footprint in Urban & Rural India (Both Portfolio & Geography Opportunities)
- Plan Test & Execute Alternate GTM and Approaches to Deliver Incremental Biz
- Lead Sales initiative (Trade & Customer) & drive execution
- Lead technology roll-out in field, SS and Sub DB systems.
- Take initiative and generate recommendations for Future (Both Short & Long Term)
- Develop & Monitor In-store- Execution standards (Channel strategy, MSL Compliance & Visibility Execution)
- Identify opportunities in Urban / Rural / Pharma Go To Market and make plans to convert them to revenue.
- Develop sales reports, Leverage data analytics for driving business in Rural for the region
- Create and rollout Region wise / Focus Geography wise scorecards and KPIs
- Contribute significantly to NR growth by continually improving quality and quality of coverage
- Own Sales Incentive / Partner plans for the Region
- Understand capability requirements of for sales org of the future and develop suitable modules and execute.
