About our Client: Our client is the one of the most established brands in India. They are one of the biggest Consumer goods company with multiple brands and the largest producer of food products. They have expanded in the Indian market exponentially. They are looking for a Regional Commercial Manager to play a key role in the growth of their West divisions.

Job Description: Reporting to the Country Finance Head you would be responsible to:

- Supervise and Manage commercial operations and internal controls at a factory level

- Conduct monthly inventory checks and work closely with the Purchasing team

- Conduct vendor negotiations, credit policies and channel financing

- Review monthly reports and indicate inventory trends from strategy and forecasts

- Play a key role in managing audits like statutory, excise, cost audit, internal audits, VAT audit

- Handle the Finance and Accounting operations, and Tax Management of 5 states

- Manage a team of 9 individuals

The Successful Candidate:

- You are a CA with 8-10 years of experience.

- You have handled Vendor negotiations, Channel Financing, Inventory Management in the past.

- You should be proficient with SAP.

- You have managed a team and displayed leadership qualities.

- You are able to motivate personnel and enhance the overall efficiency.

- Good communication, presentation and inter-personal skills are a must.
