Looking for CA with 8-12 yrs of experience in commercial for a Regional Commercial Manager position based at Mumbai.

Job Role:-

- Responsible for region performance and Region KPI delivery

- Business partnering along with Regional Manager as required

- Lead Service commercial delivery

- Ensuring adherence to internal control / SOX processes at Region

- Ensure adherence of Commercial Policies in region

- Managing customer risk and credit issues and providing early warning to management

- Facilitates business decision making by providing relevant financial analysis to sales team on regular basis

- Monthly MIS for review of operations by region/HO

- Initiate and lead continuous improvement in processes and systems.

- Lead the planning process (financial) at Region

- Lead cost saving initiatives

- Lead the action to minimize risk of obsolescence & slow moving

- Regular review and audit of Supply Chain i.e CFA operations, infrastructure

- Ensuring compliance to Legal and statutory requirements

- Train the sales team on financial implications of their actions.

- Lead and access Training & Development need of BCM for the region.

- Act as coordinator at region for centralized HR & IT departments
