About our Client - Our client is a leading MNC bank with an exceptional history and widespread presence across the globe. To be a part of their current business, they are looking for an experienced professional to join them as Regional Collections Head-Credit Ops/Collections, responsible for the team managing the region for the entire product portfolio.

Job Description -

- You would be responsible for the team ensuring driving of performance indicators along with reviewing settlement rates and cost of collections.

- You would review process gaps and work with control and lines team to ensure nil process/audit gaps.

- You would ensure zero transactions monitoring exceptions, cross-functional team interaction and review customer processes.

- You would manage teams along with regular reviews of performance and action plans.

The Successful Candidate - 10+ years of Collections Experience with experience in Tele-collections, Agency Management, Collections Strategy, Control and Compliance.

- MBA/CA is a must for the role

- Strong people management skills, vendor management, channel management, analytical skills and leadership and communication skills

- Thorough knowledge of collection processes, operations, credit and training functions
