Designation : Regional / Cluster Head - Branch Banking (Consumer Banking)
HR Grade : AVP / DVP / VP
Reporting To : State Head & Zonal Head
Eligibility for Application : Candidates presently working with reputed Bank as Cluster Head / Regional Head in or around Jaipur region.
Responsibilities -
Branch Administration
- Implementing competent strategies for business with a view to penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones for meeting pre-determined business objectives and targets.
- Identifying new streams for revenue growth for Retail Banking Products and developing marketing plans to build consumer preference.
- Determining financial objectives, preparing & implementing systems, policies & procedures for streamlining the banking operations.
- Maintaining branch records & periodically submitting the reports to H.O for decision-making purposes.
Banking Operations
- Responsible for generating business for various banking products like Savings & Current Accounts, Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, Shares etc.
- Taking various initiatives for increasing customer penetration for sales, viz. organizing building camps, children painting and poster competitions in schools.
- Conducting product presentations & promotional activities for market development & brand visibility.
- Accountable for internal process control for:
- Lodgments and withdrawal of shares, upgrading & down grading of customers risk profile, periodic valuation of shares, recoveries & handling customer queries.
- Credit cards application processing, manual authorizations, reconciliation of payments and accounts, collections and recovery.
Sales & Marketing / Business Development
- Initiating contact with potential customers for developing leads, direct sales & cross selling insurance / banking/ financial products.
- Marketing & distribution of financial and retail banking products like Current / Savings Accounts, Personal Loans, Car Loans & Mutual Funds along with Certificate of Deposits and Term Deposits.
- Business planning and analysis for assessment of revenue potential in business opportunities.
- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & achieving market share metrics.
- Conducting product presentations & promotional activities for market development & brand visibility.
Client Relationship Management
- Managing customer centric banking operations, forwarding customer instructions to the concerned department & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
- Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development.
- Developing the satisfaction level of customers by rendering services beyond excellence in order to optimize a high percentage of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Interfacing with the clients for suggesting the most viable services & product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeats business.
- Team Management
- Training leading & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
- Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment to foster development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst Team members.
