Our client has a presence in over 25 countries and are market leaders in most of the markets they operate in.  Description  Reporting to the National Channel Manager, you will be responsible for the below:  - Driving Business Strategy - Develop and drive the sales Go to Market to improve and increase the channel structure in your region. It includes recruitment of new channels partners, launch strategies, program plans, sales/channel strategies, and deployment models for sales and service delivery etc.  - Channel Development - Directly Responsible for Channel Management policy with full autonomy  - Identify training needs and put together strong development plans to develop experiential centres for the brand  - Continuously map current channels identify gaps vs opportunity and implement action plans to develop channels that reach out to target Customer Base  - Foster strong business relationships by delivering to corporate as well CXO Level customers  Profile  You will be a MBA with ideally 8-10 years of experience in Sales. Should have experience of building new channels and maintaining client relationships. Experience of working in an experiential selling model will be an added advantage.
