Role: This would be senior level role and the Regional Business Manager of Retail Sales/BD will be responsible for driving revenue from both builders and brokers, new acquisitions, managing current paid clients, and executing against deals and term sheets that will drive growth. Given the fast pace nature of our company, the role has the potential to grow into other senior leadership opportunities.  Some of the key must-have attributes:  - This individual must be strategically agile; someone who can adapt quickly and manage disruptive changes.  - He / she should be passionate to make a change in the industry  - Should be able to navigate and handle complexity.  - Should be able to interact with C-level and operational decision makers and even with small brokers with equal ease.  - He / she has to have previous experience in managing large teams and lead by example.  - A result driven business leader who is passionate about owning a business, leadership, and the speed of working for a hi-growth internet startup.  - This person requires to be a hands on leader who can roll up his/her sleeves and be operational and strategic at the same time.  Experience:  - 10+ years relevant experience from a commercials / BD / sales top line focused industry or company. Experience in running a BD/sales function is very important.  - Ideally this person should have managed a top line, book of business, P & L Accountability, built sales channels, and managed a team of sales/BD managers.  - Understanding of E-commerce businesses and real estate industry will be an added benefit.  Qualifications:  - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or Architecture  - MBA from Tier-1 business School.  - Experience in top consumer goods, etc. would be an added advantage.
