They have aggressive growth plans for India and want to become market leaders within the product portfolio they cater to. They are looking for a Regional Manager (West) to head entire gamut of business initiatives for Western Region, India.  Reporting to the National Sales Manager India, the key accountabilities will be:  - Develop Regional thrust areas, evolve a shared vision and lead the team for delivery of business objectives within the allocated costs and budgets  - Responsible for development and execution of Zone level strategies and micro marketing plans for the delivery of aggressive Market Share Gains  - Carry out capability assessment, identify gaps, develop a plan for building organizational capability in the region and implement strong people processes  - Implement sales, commercial and HR processes in the region to achieve higher employee engagement and productivity  - Drive synergies between the various verticals of Pro, Refinish, Bharat and Customer Acquisition and deliver growth multipliers  - Own HSES (Health, Safety ,Environment & Security) in the region and drive continuous improvement in HSES performance  Required Experience and Knowledge   Mandatory –   MBA from a premier B-school (e.g. IIM, XLRI, FMS, MDI, XIMB, Symbiosis in India) : 1998 - 2002 Batch with 10 – 14 years of experience in industries like Paints, FMCG, Building Material, Beverages Lubes etc  Desired –   - Readiness to move to a next role/position in 2 years and experience in handling tough markets, product lines, team of Zonal Managers, and a large team  - Consistent track record of success and ability to take on challenges presented by an existing market with aggressive sales plans  On offer  - Career Progression towards a Leadership role  - Attractive Compensation & Work Life Balance  - Workplace with Motivated Peers who take Pride on Delivering Results
