Regional Business Manager - Consumer Finance (8-10 yrs)
Our client is looking for the following position:
Job Descriptions:
- Develop the detailed list of MFIs, RRBs. Coop banks and other large affinity groups in Asian countries including India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Bangladesh etc
- Communicate with all the potential partners and identify the suitable organizations with progressive mindset to offer d.light products to their clients through financing
- Achieve tie-ups with MFIs, RRBs, Coop banks etc by presenting Partnership proposals detailing the roles and responsibilities of various stakeholders viz the organization, d.light and distributor.
- Plan and monitor the conduct of pilot programs by the field teams to ensure smooth launch of d.light products to the clients of MFIs
- Provide guidance and support to the field teams during the launch and scale up of business across the partner organization
- Ability to travel extensively in the whole of North & East India at short notice and make presentations and have discussions with top managements of various potential partners
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably Post Graduate degree
- Overall 8 to 10 years experience with atleast 3 - 5 years in an MFI or supporting organization like MFI associations, rating companies, micro-insurance channels etc
- Solid knowledge of MFIs, RRBs, Coop banks, their operations, challenges and their customers.
- Good contacts with MDs, CEOs or Senior personnel of various MFIs, RRBs, Coop banks etc
- Good team player with skills to work smoothly with various cross-functional departments
