We are currently looking for a Regional Business Manager for our Mumbai location
Please find below details on the position :
- Responsible for generating customer prospects for products / services offered in the Industry vertical serviced
- Responsible for meeting clients, sensing Needs ( Client Need Analysis) and Presenting Solutions in the form of our company's products
- Creating Approach Notes, Concept Notes & Proposals to customize and achieve CLOSURE
- Responsible for providing Strategic support to team, in order to get closures.
- Making sure there is a database of target companies, so as to help achieve pipelines & Annual Target.
- Key Account Management
- Plan and manage industry/ territory/ Targets
- Networking with multiple stakeholders - HR/OD/ Talent Acquisition - Heads of companies from the industry serviced
- Market analysis for Industry vertical serviced and Competitors in Business /Mapping
- Constant coordination with Delivery Team to execute a successful Project.
- Analysing the current account and taking steps to convert it into a Key Account
- Responsible for maintaining and developing existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods to optimise quality of services, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure proper implementation of SOPs and quarterly review of the same
- Ensuring timely up gradation of the team in terms of our product line(Through training, internal discussion)
- Attend industry specific events / seminars for business networking, industry knowledge and increasing brand awareness of the company
- Promoting Launch of new products and services
- Self & Team Development
- Ensuring committed revenue
