Regional AD/Director - Hotel Supply - IIM/ISB/FMS (6-10 yrs)
Scope and Responsibilities:
- As the regional head of the Hotels supply, the individual will be responsible for aggregating hotels across the region and further distributing the same to OTA properties.
- S/He will drive regional sales/supply teams, to ensure largest selection of hotel inventories, competitive pricing and listings that in turn deliver targeted room night transactions and margins.
- The individual will also be responsible to drive improvements in "Net Promoter Score" and increased satisfaction index of both buyers as well as hoteliers.
- Negotiate and secure market deals and merchandise all deals on company's web sites.
- Provide effective leadership to the team to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
Education and Experience:
- Top tier MBA (IIM/ ISB/ FMS) is a must and an Engineering degree will be plus.
- 6 to 10 years of Institutional / B2B Sales experience
Attributes:
- Ability to build and structure large sales/ supply/ BD organizations. Someone who might have set things up from scratch in his past experience.
- Ability to build relationship. Should be able to manage large accounts as well as small accounts.
- Passionate about internet.
- Should be able to travel across India and abroad.
- The individual should possess strong analytical capabilities. He should be someone who has the ability to drive result via use of analytics and numbers
- Excellent negotiation skills.
