Regional Account Manager - IT (15-22 yrs)

We have an Opportunity for Regional Account Manager.

- Relevant Bachelor's Degree required.

- Maximum 15 years working experience.

- Minimum 8 year experience in direct IT sales

- Successful sales track record in Direct Sales.

- Should have minimum five end customer accounts wherein business could be started on immediate basis

Specific Skills / Knowledge / Experience:

- The candidate must have an excellent background in direct sales management in assigned territory

- The candidate must have excellent knowledge of product portfolio, services sales will be added advantage

- The candidate must have strong knowledge of customer base in assigned territory, their buying process, & local know how's for IT products procurement

- The candidate must have knowledge of preparation of response to tenders, margin calculations, different taxation & levies & commercial terms

- The candidate must possess strong written & verbal communication skills

- Should be an excellent team player

- The candidate must bring in a high degree of commitment and passion to the job

- Good presentation skills is must

- Experience in the effective utilisation of Siebel or similar CRM system as a tool to manage sales funnel

Roles And Responsibilities:

- Manage the assigned territory and set of named accounts to achieve revenue goals. This involves end to end ownership of the entire sales process including account mapping, strategizing, positioning, closure and overall customer relationship.

- Develop deep expertise on products, solutions & services.

- Lead sales into the various verticals in the assigned territory with products, solution & services portfolio but have the ability to position overall

- Create and maintain relationships internally (pre-sales, vertical leads, logistics, channel team) and externally to meet sales targets.

- Ownership for the management and reporting of the overall sales pipeline for his given set of accounts.

Mandatory Requirement:

- Business plan of five account in power point format

- Five customer reference names

- Two reference of ex organization
