Discuss and agree on the skill requirement and selection process.  Develop the sourcing strategy and identify various sourcing channels.  Source, screen and present qualified candidates.   Manage the selection process to ensure best candidate experience.  Create compelling offer proposals & explain the compensation and benefits to candidates as per US guidelines  Manage post offer candidate engagement to ensure seamless on-boarding.  Build and maintain a quality pipeline of candidates for contract, contract to hire, and direct hire placement through fostering long term relationships with candidates   Collaborate with client hiring managers to anticipate and meet staffing needs, ensure quality of selection and timeliness of hire   Ideal Candidate:  You enjoy working with others and nurture relationships through effective communication, networking and interpersonal skills. You demonstrate a keen interest in learning new things and have an eye for detail. You have ability to work in fast paced environment & can adapt to changing scenarios.  Your Qualifications  Bachelors/Master's degree with 3-6 years of experience in US recruitment for technology / non IT or digital business with focus on middle to senior level positions  Experience in candidate assessment and management.  Excellent communication skills  Knowledge on US hiring tools and portals  Salary offered: 4 - 10 LPA
