Champion, support and lead quality improvement initiatives  Duties: Establish standards for governing customer interactions, implement screening programs to monitor those interactions, and design training programs that correct found issues.   Responsibilities:  - Responsible for envisaging framework, building and execution of quality assurance programs, directed towards improved customer Satisfaction ratings.   - Build and implement quality program for different programs through appropriate diagnostics & workflow quality/process implementation.Work at getting relevant certifications for the organization / departments wherever applicable. Periodically evaluate all business processes for risk/ gaps and determine scope and frequency of testing in these processes  - Develop & drive in-house quality control systems and quality audit requirements.  - Drive/motivate a cross functional team for driving Quality initiatives within the company to achieve internal Quality benchmarking and continuous improvement. ITIL, CMMI standards and implementation will be an added advantage  Ability to monitor and record improvements in performance.  Ability to provide feedback and demonstrate a variety of coaching methods.  Good understanding of business acumen  Independent thinker  Demonstrated ability to influence and motivate across all levels of employees in multiple locations  A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected  Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint as well as applications to produce reports/ presentations  Must be task-, team, and dead-line oriented; must be a team player.  Ability to collaborate and work across the business to achieve shared success  Managing stakeholder/client expectations  Exposure to basics of Digital Marketing and Web Technologies would be an added advantage  Knowledge on AdWords and/or Google Analytics will be an added advantage  Eligibility Criteria:  A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with major coursework in management, training or other related field or related years of experience is a plus  10+ years of experience with 5+ years in managing quality assurance programs  Extensive experience in managing quality assurance programs  Should be Six Sigma Back belt and Mentoring experience of at least GB / BB Projects.   Should be flexible working in shifts ( MUST)  Potential Candidates from BPO/ITES/Call center/CMM companies preferred.
