Redwood Associates - Product Manager (3-5 yrs)
Redwood Associates is an emerging product company building out highly intelligent online consumer products that revolutionise an individual's decision making. We are on the lookout for individuals who match the below mentioned criteria to join our fold and hit the road running.
- Entrepreneurial- you should value your failures as much your successes.
- Understanding of consumer behaviour, especially in the online space - you should be able to smell a trend way before it becomes status quo.
- Design Skills - Appreciate beauty wherever or whatever it may be - a phone, a painting, a road, a machine, a plate of food
- Leadership & Management Skills - Should be highly evolved in the art of playing mind games. Know when to give a pat on the back and when not to mince words.
- Curiosity & perseverance - you do not believe that curiosity can kill the cat (maybe maim it but not kill). Perseverance - gnaw on a problem till you solve it!
- Min 2 years Max 5 years of experience - Old enough to know that one gets over a break up but not that old that a clear blue sky no longer excites you.
- Communication skills - You believe that the pen is mightier that the sword
- Liberal Arts background - Should have spent your formative years debating the state of world economy, or practicing and perfecting Van Gogh's brush strokes or trying to understand what lead to fall of the Ming dynasty... what we are trying to say is you should have not had a stiffling childhood/formative years.
- Sales & Marketing experience in a FMCG company - We believe that if you've done well here, you can figure out what ticks and what does not.
