RedSeer's manager's are smart, intellectually driven and knowledgeable in domain and business functions.   - Engagement Manager's typically own end-to-end delivery of a single project with multiple work streams.   - They also lead a team of analysts for conducting primary and secondary research in order to gather relevant information and form an integral part to RedSeer's growth.   - They play a major role in developing the firm by contributing to culture development, hiring, training and new business development.
